Job SummaryA Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow pursuing a Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM) track will receive comprehensive Selective Mutism training including didactics, ongoing consultation, co-therapy/supervision, video review, and observational learning opportunities over the course of a 24-month fellowship. Additionally, any SM-Fellows will be eligible for Selective Mutism certification upon completion/graduation of two cases.
We also offer subspecialties of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with possibilities of certification. Fellows would receive the necessary individual and group supervision (minimum of 2 hours per week) for NYS licensure requirements. We are an excellent training site that prioritizes direct care learning opportunities, 1:1 supervision and growth and have clinicians that specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, PCIT, PCIT-SM, PMT and ERP to assess and treat children, adolescents and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior, ASD and ADHD.

- Paid Holidays
: 8 Paid Holidays - Schedule: 24 months, 40 hours per week, hybrid (up to 20% remote and Saturday or Sundays in person)
- Four in-person days (Saturday or Sundays between 9am-2pm required with at least three in person days based on trainee availability preferences and practice needs)
- 20 hours of direct services:
- Postdoc Hybrid - approximately 15 counseling sessions/week and 2 testing cases/month
- Postdoc Testing only - approximately 4 testing cases/month
- 20 hours of indirect services
- Including but not limited to individual and group supervision, department and team meetings, and other activities outlined by the supervisor.
