This is a temporary, part-time position supporting a sleep intervention study with children ages 7 – 11. Most duties occur after school hours (3 – 6 PM) with some office work during this time. The position is grant funded and continuation is contingent on the grant.

• Photocopying study materials
• Describing the study to children and their caregivers, and obtaining consent/assent
• Interviewing children and their caregivers in person and/or by phone, or Zoom
• Entering data

The position will last up to 12 months; hours vary based on the individual’s availability. The role is temporary with a flexible schedule.

• High school diploma required
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to present information to groups of children (e.g., classroom presentations)
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings a few days a week
• Ability to work some nights/weekends to follow up with families

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, psychology, public health, or related field
• Experience working with children preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
