Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team! Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential through structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home.

We provide treatments for youth’s behavioral health needs using evidence‑based practices that promote families’ strengths. Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in‑person visits to clients’ homes.

• Starting at $75,000–$90,000 per year

• Non‑English language capacity
• Experience
• Selected clinical specialties

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach
• Valid driver’s license
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish required
