Fee‑for‑service Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist

In this role, you’ll empower children and youth to thrive—at home, in school, and in their communities. As a PSR Specialist, you’ll provide hands‑on support and skill‑building to help them grow, cope, and succeed with minimal ongoing intervention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work one‑on‑one with children and adolescents in their homes and communities
  • Teach and reinforce social, emotional, and daily living skills
  • Provide support in managing challenges that affect a child or adolescent’s well‑being and independence
  • Help children rebuild essential social skills – communication, interpersonal skills, social etiquette and emotional regulation – to support developmentally appropriate functioning
  • Keep accurate, timely documentation of services

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years’ experience in children’s mental health, addiction, or foster care
  • Flexibility to conduct home visits (evenings or weekends preferred)
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills
  • Ability to connect with diverse cultural and social groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive pay
    – earn up to $37.08 per service hour
  • Fee‑for‑service, field‑based role
    – offers variety and flexibility. We operate every day of the week, so you get to build a schedule that works best for you and the families you serve
  • Make a real difference in children’s lives every day
  • Reimbursement for transportation costs
  • Supportive, mission‑driven team environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth
