We are actively looking to hire talented Adult Psychiatrists in the Salt Point, NY area, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

• Flexible full‑time schedule – outpatient work only, no nights, hospital calls, or weekends.
• Telemedicine and in‑person flexibility.
• Above‑market compensation with uncapped earnings, including a sign‑on bonus.

• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional).

• Compensation range: $300,000–$390,000.

• Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states – Board‑eligible or Board‑certified.
