An exciting opportunity is available for you  are seeking a full-time Outpatient, licensed Physical Therapist for our cancer treatment centers in MSK NYC – The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care and the Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion
, to join our outstanding team of rehabilitation professionals.
The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care and MSK Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion facilities offer the highest standards of comprehensive cancer care in an environment designed to meet the unique needs of cancer patients and their families.

Role Overview
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of rehabilitative needs. Based on assessment findings, develop individualized patient goals and treatment plans.

  • Provide highly skilled physical therapy to adult patients in an oncology setting utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic interventions to maximize patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, including the patient and their family, to ensure the highest level of clinical services are provided and experienced throughout the entire episode of care.

  • Participate in mentorship through various teaching and learning opportunities.

  • Engage in projects and activities to advance professional development and that support and advance institutional and departmental mission and goals.

Key Qualifications
  • New York State PT license required.

  • Outpatient and lymphedema therapy experience strongly preferred.

  • Oncology and acute care experience beneficial.

Core Skills
  • Flexible with strong time management/organizational skills.

  • Effective in verbal and written communication including computer skills.

  • Detail and team-oriented.

  • Invested in mentorship both in learning and sharing of clinical knowledge.

  • Locations: MSK NYC – The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care, 530

    E. 74th Street, and the Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion, 160

    E. 53rd Street

  • Schedule:

    Hours vary between 8:00a-6:00p, Monday-Friday (subject to change)

  • Reporting to the Manager, Rehabilitation
