The Associate Director of Enrollment, Care Management will lead and oversee all enrollment operations for Essen Health Care’s Care Management and Health Home programs. This role is responsible for managing enrollment strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing workflows, and supporting growth initiatives across partner organizations.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven operational leader with deep knowledge of NYS Health Home enrollment requirements and the ability to scale enrollment processes while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
Responsibilities- Enrollment Operations & Strategy:
Oversee all enrollment and eligibility processes for Care Management and Health Home programs. - Enrollment Operations & Strategy:

Ensure accurate and timely member enrollment in compliance with NYS DOH and Medicaid Managed Care requirements. - Enrollment Operations & Strategy:

Collaborate with Growth & Strategy teams to align enrollment efforts with expansion initiatives. - Process Improvement & Systems Optimization:

Leverage data and metrics to improve turnaround times and member experience. - Process Improvement & Systems Optimization:
Partner with IT to optimize enrollment systems and reporting tools. - Reporting & Performance Metrics:
Track and report key enrollment KPIs including enrollment volume, processing turnaround time, error rates, and audit findings. - Reporting & Performance Metrics:
