Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician Program Director to oversee our pharmacy technician training program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, education, and program management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum for pharmacy technician training program
- Ensure program compliance with state and national accreditation standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed
- Collaborate with local pharmacies to provide hands‑on training opportunities for students
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in pharmacy technician education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice
- Prior experience in program development and management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
