Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• BSN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program:

Additional Details:
A badge photo for facility be provided for submission.
All travelers report to Geneva General Hospital for orientation.
Phone prescreen must be completed by clinician in order to receive offer. Please be aware to answer calls from 520 area code.
Required Skills/Experience: Must be cross trained for multi units (med/surg, ICU, ER), must have critical care experience.
Preferred Credentials: Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association is recommended within 2 years of hire
Special Requests: RTO must be submitted with application for approval. Holiday RTO is not guaranteed.
Shift & Scheduling: Holidays & every other weekend required. 2 On-Call shifts required per 4-week period. Every other weekend. xrlwcon
Floating Requirements: Must be able to float between Med/Surg, MST, ICU & ED units at both GGH & SSMH locations.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
