** Summary
* * Provide administrative support for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. This position would support RCM and Provider Credentialing/Enrollment.## ##
** Description**##
* Review and merge duplicate patient accounts in eCW in accordance with established merge policies
* Validate patient demographics, insurance, and encounter history prior to merging
* Ensure merges do not negatively impact claims, payments, or clinical documentation
* Escalate complex or high-risk merges per established guidelines
* Support multi-site consistency and data integrity across the organization## ## Qualifications
* Must be highly responsive to requests, work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.
* Ability to complete tasks quickly and with little to no error and apply critical thinking to resolve issues.
* Must always handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Has excellent interpersonal skills as needed to work with all staff.
* Must possess a strong sense of urgency and know how to prioritize work.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a must.
** Compensation:**$20 - $25/hour
