Overview

Accucare Nursing and Home Care is hiring nurses for a 1:1 Nurse position in Hopewell Junction, NY. The role focuses on providing focused in-home care for a single patient. Our team emphasizes supporting nurses throughout the application and onboarding process.

• Provide 1:1 nursing in the patient’s home (single pet household).
• Care for an 8-year-old patient with developmental delay, gastrostomy, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, oxygen dependency, seizure activity, tracheostomy, and ventilator support.
• Work with part-time scheduling; full-time or per diem cases available.
• Cover weekend shifts for overnights and day shifts as needed.
• Receive patient-specific training.
• Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (contact us for more information).

• Weekdays & Weekends (Flexible Hours)
• Tuesday, Saturday, & Sunday
• Per Diem & Fill-In shifts available

• Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care required
• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Must be computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed
• Must have malpractice insurance

• $45/hr
