• Manage the transfers of new and existing prescriptions between pharmacies and use multiple computer systems to enter prescriptions and communicate with patients
• Translate prescriptions provided by the prescriber via phone and enter information in the patient’s profile in accordance with state regulations
• Verify the accuracy of prescriptions, ensuring they meet all legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Master our internal systems: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy and manage internal and external pharmacy operations (including communications with physicians and insurers)

• You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
• You hold a valid Pharmacist License in the State of New York or New Jersey and must reside in NY or NJ
• You are ready to work as required to provide coverage for any unplanned absences, days off, or scheduled time off and are interested in full‑time employment with Capsule
• You are a recent graduate with retail pharmacy experience
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including morning/evening shifts, and weekends. Sunday: 7:30pm - 5:30pm or 8pm - 6am
  Monday to Wednesday: 6:30pm - 4:30am or 7pm - 5am
