We are seeking Special Education Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives within home and community settings.

Position Overview:

As a Special Education Teacher in our Early Intervention program, you will work with infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays. You will design and implement individualized intervention plans and partner with families to support their child's educational and functional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct early childhood special education services to children in home and community settings.

* Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

* Conduct developmental assessments and progress monitoring.

* Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members.

* Deliver family coaching to encourage developmental growth.

* Maintain documentation and service logs in compliance with NYC EI requirements.

* Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, hourly, or fee-for-service options.

* Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).

* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

* Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

* Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
