5 / 8.5 Hour Shifts Mon-Fri
**** Organization:
New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS)
**** In this role, you will:**
* ** Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues.**
* ** Enters data into the computer.**
* ** Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
**** We require:**
* ** Excellent computer and customer service skills.**
* ** High school diploma required.**
* ** Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)**
* ** Strong customer service skills.**
* ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Starting at $20/hr based on experience and education
