Respiratory Therapist

For our client, a leading company in the USA, we are looking for a Respiratory Therapist

Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience

Location: USA (East Coast) - New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Georgia, Ohio, Carolina, Florida

• Assess patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders to determine appropriate respiratory care plans.
• Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and diagnostic tests (e.g., oxygen therapy, ventilator management, chest physiotherapy).
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring safety and proper functionality.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment plans, home oxygen use, inhaler techniques, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Provide respiratory support in various settings, including hospitals, ICUs, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and home care environments.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (or equivalent).
• Active state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT).
• Proven experience in respiratory care (2–5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of respiratory therapy techniques, ventilator management, and cardiopulmonary health.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
