What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with internal partners including marketing and medical science teams to ensure effective communication
  • Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines in all professional interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management abilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
  • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., , Oracle)
  • Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to direct cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
