- Execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with internal partners including marketing and medical science teams to ensure effective communication
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines in all professional interactions
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
- Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
- Master's degree in science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., , Oracle)
- Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to direct cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
