Location: New York
A mental health clinic is seeking a Clinical Director (LCSW) to oversee LMSWs and supervisors and lead the clinical team.
Responsibilities Include:- Overseeing LMSWs and clinical supervisors
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the treatment team
- Ensuring quality of care and clinical standards across the clinic
- Managing and supporting clinical staff performance and development
Qualifications:
- LCSW required
- Experience in a mental health clinic or similar clinical setting
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Salary: $90k - $125k/Year
