You will apply your clinical expertise and education to diagnose and manage hearing loss, while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will offer exceptional care, education and counseling to achieve maximum patient satisfaction. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations (Audiologist only)
• make appropriate recommendations to protect hearing and/or manage hearing loss
• dispense hearing aids including selection, fitting, educating and training hearing aid users
• troubleshoot hearing aid issues, perform repairs and routing clean and checks, as well as make programming adjustments as needed
• stay current with emerging technology, techniques and best practices by attending occasional conventions and trainings
• achieve annual continuing education requirements
