This is a full-time or part-time on-site Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role based in Dutchess County, NY. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive mental health care, including conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include working closely with nursing home residents and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care.

• Expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care
• Knowledge of Mental Health Care principles and practices
• Experience and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on mental health or psychiatric care
• Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in an on-site role and provide care in nursing home settings
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus
• Active licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York
• Experience working with the elderly or in long-term care facilities is advantageous
