Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and interested in working with children? This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field while supporting children with Autism. No prior ABA experience is required.

Competitive pay: $20–$30 per hour

Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children with Autism
- Implement individualized behavior and skill‑building plans
- Collect and record session data using electronic devices
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate with families and the clinical team in English and Spanish
Part‑time only
Schedule:
4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Services provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations
Qualifications- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and professionalism
- Willingness to complete the 40‑hour RBT training
- Ability to commit for at least six months
Candidates with experience or interest in education, special education, childcare, psychology, behavioral health, or supporting neurodiverse individuals.
