Job Description
Orchestrating patient and family-centered care across the lobby, procedural areas and the Emergency Department. Conveying key strategic messages to patients, families and service line manager, aligning with our culture of patient-centeredness and hospitality. Creating a warm and supportive atmosphere, ensuring a seamless experience for patients from arrival to admission to discharge. Fostering an environment where compassion meets efficiency.
Job Responsibility- Proactively identifies operations needing improvement and collaborates with multiple support service departments to enhance the overall patient experience and guest service activities.
- Monitors the amenities, functionality and appearance of patient and customer areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assists patients, families, and visitors in navigating the complexities of patient care, offering sensitive and culturally diverse guidance in stressful situations; promptly escalates issues to relevant departments or management when necessary
- Responds quickly to patient/customer requests, obtaining answers to questions regarding non-clinical information.
- Monitors and assists discharged patients leaving the facility, ensuring appropriate discharge procedures are followed.
- Ensures availability of wheelchair services to incoming and outgoing patients and visitors.
- Acts as an advocate for ptaients, managing expectations, informing them of anticipated processes and addressing concerns in collaboration with appropriate departments.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
