* POSITION SUMMARY:

** Performs diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to the Auditory and Vestibular systems on both adults and children.
** Essential Functions*
* · Determine appropriate test type, procedure, and length of evaluation
· Analyze findings and make appropriate recommendations
· Determine appropriate referrals
· Determine appropriate follow-up
· Determine appropriate habilitative or rehabilitative strategies
· Audiometers experience
· Immittance bridges experience
· Auditory Brainstem Response equipment
· Videonystagmography / Electronystagmography equipment experience
· Otoacoustic Emission equipment experience
· Otoscopes experience
· Proficiency in Montefiore’s current electronic medical record system, EPIC, and working knowledge of EMR and EPF.
** EDUCATION, TRAINING &

EXPERIENCE:

**·                     
** Doctor of Audiology ( Au.D.) as of 2007**·                     
** NYS Licensure in Audiology**·                     
** NYS Hearing Aid Dispensers License**·                     
** Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC/A)
