Sunrise Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP);
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and life enrichment activities per ISP;
Monitor residents, observe changes, and document symptoms and conditions; update ISPs as needed;
Respond promptly to call bells and security system; ensure safety and proper action;
Promote independence and dignity; maintain a warm, safe, and supportive environment
