New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is nationally recognized for its comprehensive cardiovascular services. Our cardiac program brings together a multidisciplinary team of experts to provide the full spectrum of care—from screening and diagnostics to emergency interventions and long‑term management.
** Per-Diem Physician Assistant - Cardiology
** We are seeking a per-diem Physician Assistant to support our Cardiology service by performing consults on admitted patients and assisting cardiologists in outpatient clinics.

This role is weekday-only, offering 13-hour shifts (Monday through Friday), with a minimum commitment of 2–3 shifts per month.###
** Preferred Criteria
*** Prior Internal Medicine or Cardiology experience###
** Required Criteria
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Physician Assistant program
* Active NYS PA licensure
* Current NCCPA certification
* ACLS/BLS certification
* NYS Infection Control certification
* DEA certification with NYS Opioid Prescriber Training compliance
