Hybrid - Manager Quality and Patient Safety Improvement - Brooklyn
OverviewThe Quality and Patient Safety Improvement (QPSI) Manager is a full-time role responsible for developing and implementing changes to improve health care quality, patient safety, and the efficiency of health care delivery processes. This position collaborates with clinical leadership to advance evidence-based practices in clinical care, align with national and hospital patient safety goals, and drive highly reliable and safe patient care.
The QPSI Manager is expected to possess proficient knowledge of valid improvement methods, including but not limited to Six Sigma, LEAN and the Model for Improvement. The incumbent will utilize these methods to support hospital teams in improvement work and facilitate change. Methods will also be used to improve safety through patient culture surveys and analysis of adverse events and near-miss data.
This position is a Hybrid schedule with hours 9:00am-5:00pm to support Brooklyn sites.
QualificationsPreferred Criteria
- At least 3-5 years of healthcare or healthcare-related experience
- Registered Nurse
- Experience in Quality and Patient Safety
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Experience in quality improvement environment

SalarySalary Range: $125,000-$170,000/Annual
