About the Job:
Are you an adventurous Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to take your skills on the road? We’re seeking a passionate and flexible SLP to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel assignment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab team while helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure cohesive care

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with SNF standards and regulatory guidelines

• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on strategies and home programs

Requirements:

• Active SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one in the assignment state)

• SNF experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
