Kids First is a fast‑growing agency servicing clients across the state of New York. We are devoted to providing quality service to individuals and families. Our therapists help children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach goals set in treatment plans created by our Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy methods.

What You Will Do- Work closely with a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans
- Provide 1‑on‑1 in‑home ABA therapy to assigned clients
- Ensure the client is always in a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
- Provide the highest quality of care and support possible to ensure client satisfaction
- Log daily observations of the client, collecting and reporting critical data to help monitor each client’s progress
- Receive remote and/or in‑person supervision by a BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques are practiced
- Take joy in seeing and contributing to the extraordinary progress of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques/methods in a school or home setting
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 3 weeks of start date – Required
- Completed the 40‑hour RBT Course (or willing to take the course through our company)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to work part‑time schedules with the possibility of gaining full‑time hours
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to stay organized while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
- 2+ years of experience working with children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities (informal experience also welcomed)

Salary: $78,000.00 – $94,000.00 (approx.)
