We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Washington Heights and areas around greater New York City (Upper Manhattan and the Bronx). The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and is preferably bilingual in Spanish/English.

We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group, and the incoming provider may be assisting care within the following specialties Cardiology, Endocrinology, and/or Urology. The focus within the position is the clinical support and direct patient care for primary care patients and specialists, lab review, and prescription refills.

Patients are our main priority, and we want to fulfill their healthcare needs. For over 20 years, we have provided our community with the highest level of care. We have a multi-site, multi-specialty, patient centered medical practice with over 20 primary care providers, delivering culturally sensitive, ambulatory, efficient and high-quality medical care.

• Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness exam
• Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
• Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
• Medication refills as needed

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
• Prefer a PA/NP with 2-3 years clinical experience but we will consider motivated recent grads
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred

• Full time

• $140k-$190k per year (depending on certifications/experience level)
