Virtual Psychotherapist position based in the NJ/NY Metropolitan Area. You can work as little or as many hours as you like and will be compensated between $65-$80 a session depending on client's insurance and your experience. The responsibilities include conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, providing assessments and treatment plans, and applying trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming practices to support clients. Additional duties involve collaboration with other team members, maintaining confidential records, and adhering to ethical and professional standards while providing quality care to clients.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health principles
- Knowledge of ADHD, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed care in clinical practice
- Ability to apply compassionate, strengths-based, and integrative therapeutic approaches
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent licensure in New York required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care
