  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols
  • Serve as a Spanish–English translator for patients as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and partners
  • Support onboarding of new team members and internal coordination

Who You Are

  • You are a compassionate, reliable, and highly adaptable healthcare professional who is deeply committed to delivering excellent care to patients of all ages. You thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and remain calm, focused, and solutions‑oriented when priorities shift.
  • You are motivated by service and driven by impact, particularly in community‑based and underserved settings. You approach challenges proactively, bring a growth‑oriented mindset to your work, and are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Colleagues know you as someone who fosters trust, inclusivity, and positivity—showing up consistently as a supportive team player who contributes to both high‑quality patient care and a healthy clinic culture.
