Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Quality Liaison to Informatics and Analytics to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem
. Harlem Hospital is a 282‑bed hospital that provides a broad array of preventive, primary, and acute care services. Additionally, Harlem Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center, complete with Trauma and elective Orthopedic Surgery. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details- Public Health professional with extensive experience in hospital compliance, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement.
- Able to facilitate survey preparedness initiatives, monitor regulatory standards, develop dashboards, and educate staff on accreditation protocols.
- Act as a liaison between Quality Management Department and Clinical Informatics; present at Hospital-wide PI Committee.
- Master of Public Health, Health Policy, and Management.
- Adept at using Premier, EPIC, Tableau, and other analytic tools to support decision‑making and continuous quality improvement.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quality Improvement and Compliance monitoring.
- Must be familiar with DnA Epic Cogito Fundamentals.
