Salary: $84,000 - $107,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours/week)

• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.

• Licensed in NYS as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Open to new grads, must have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy.
• Level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics and hand therapy as a licensed OT preferred or CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 year of experience) waiting to sit for boards.
• CHT certification a plus.
• Must have familiarity with all HTCC-described conditions related to the Hand Therapy discipline and their corresponding anatomy.
