Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is looking for individuals to join our team. We provide one‑on‑one activities of daily living to our clients in their homes. We have SHIFT and LIVE‑IN work available. We invest in our staff by providing orientation and on‑going training.

Job Types: Full‑time & Part‑time positions available.

• Assists with personal care activities & household tasks.
• Meet the safety needs of clients including the safe use of any equipment.
• Accurately administer and document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

• Starting at $18.15 per hour. Plus mileage.
• Daily rate of $235.95–$353.93. Plus mileage.
• Sign‐on bonus if conditions are met.
• Holiday pay.
• Referral bonus incentive programs.
