Job Description Patient Communications OperatorLocation: Ridge, NY
Hours: 5 / 8.5 Hour Shifts Mon‑Fri
Organization: New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS)
In This Role, You Will- Answer telephones at a high volume, respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
- Enter data into the computer.
- Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
- Excellent computer and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
Starting at $20/hr based on experience and education.
