Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Lead Qualifier to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring families receive a supportive and professional first experience while efficiently screening and routing qualified inquiries to the Intake team.

The Lead Qualifier will manage incoming calls and website inquiries, determine eligibility based on established criteria, and provide helpful guidance to families navigating services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position requires empathy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and website inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Screen families for eligibility
    , including confirming ASD diagnosis, child’s age, and service location
  • Disqualify non-qualifying leads appropriately while clearly documenting the reason
  • Provide helpful resources and guidance when families require evaluations, Medicaid support, or additional services
  • Warm transfer qualified leads to the Intake team
    , ensuring a smooth and supportive handoff
  • Document all inquiries accurately in Google Sheets or CRM systems
  • Maintain organized records of lead status and follow-ups
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
  • Protect confidential information in accordance with privacy standards
Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications
  • Relevant intake experience
  • Healthcare, intake, or call center experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
