• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to understand workflow and system requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Revenue Cycle Analyst or similar role with knowledge of legacy healthcare revenue cycle systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing and claims management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with revenue cycle teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with legacy system migration and retirement is a plus.
