* How the Patient Simulator Supports the Mission
* A core product of our client is the
* medical patient simulator*, a lifelike training tool used to teach critical skills such as CPR, emergency care, trauma response, and maternal and newborn safety. These simulators allow healthcare professionals and responders to practice lifesaving interventions before they encounter real-world emergencies.
Your support ensures that these simulators reach the teams who rely on them to improve patient safety and reduce preventable harm. Every order you process, every call you handle, and every schedule you coordinate directly contributes to expanding lifesaving training across the country.
* Training & Work Schedule
* * First 90 days (training):
* * 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
* After training:
* * 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
* Role Overview
* We are seeking a
* Project Coordinator
* to work on-site with our TEKsystems client in Wappingers Falls, NY. This role is structured, trainable, and ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and a desire to support meaningful work.
You will play an essential role in ensuring that healthcare organizations, educators, and emergency responders receive the support, materials, and coordination needed to conduct lifesaving training using the client's simulation products.
* Key Responsibilities
* * Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
* Process customer orders and maintain accurate, organized documentation
* Support scheduling and coordination to meet project timelines
* Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for internal teams and customers
* Assist with day-to-day office operations at the client site
* Communicate updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify improvements to existing workflows and documentation processes
* Support reporting, tracking, and coordination activities across teams
* Required Skills
* * Strong customer service and communication abilities
* Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
