Radiological Technologist - Radiology - Full Time

The Radiological Technologist shall be responsible for performing radiographic and other related imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians under the direction of a radiologist.

This is a full-time position Day/evening Flex (Monday - Friday 12:00PM-8:00PM Weekend Rotation-covering a weekend shift approximately every 4 weeks) Must be flexible with scheduled hours working at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located in Cortlandt Manor, Westchester County, NY.

Preferred Criteria

• Analytical skills in order to evaluate and perform radiologic and fluoroscopic procedures.

• Organizational skills necessary in order to plan and implement several procedures simultaneously and to coordinate work within the unit and department.

Required Criteria

• Knowledge of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures obtained by being a graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Accredited Educational Program or equivalent.

• Licensure by the New York State Department of Health.

• Certification and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T) required.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
