As a Peer Support Specialist, you will work closely with children and their families to provide emotional support, guidance, and connection. • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families
• Facilitate peer-to-peer support groups and workshops
• Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services and case notes

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to support others
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 HOURLY
