We are seeking compassionate individuals Spanish speaking in Brooklyn NY, to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status.
- Document care provided and observations in medical records.
- Must be HHA Certified.
- Submit valid original NYS HHA certificate.
- Provide valid I-9 information to establish identity and employment authorization.
- Two reference letters – one personal and one professional.
- Pre‑employment physical within the last 12 months.
- Negative PPD and Chest X‑Ray (if PPD positive).
- Rubella/Rubeola vaccination and drug screen.
