Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting medical and mental health history taking, initial and ongoing physical and mental status examinations, assessments, and suicide screenings upon patient arrival to identify health needs and establish baseline data.
• Facilitating therapeutic communication and establishing individualized nursing care plans.
• Executing independent and interdependent nursing interventions.
• Administering prescribed medications and monitoring for any adverse effects.
• Setting up and maintaining I.V. lines, as well as conducting continuous pain assessment and management.
• Providing patient education to create awareness and insight into health status.
• Assisting with referrals, transfers, and interdisciplinary collaboration to meet patients' personal and physical needs.
