Compensation:  - $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience
- 8% annual salary bonus (awarded based on quality and productivity metrics)
- Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for those outside the service area

DETAILS:
- We're seeking candidates committed to building roots and integrating into the local community
- Perform minor surgical procedures
- Generate referrals for patients requiring services outside the scope of direct primary care
- 4-day workweek with one dedicated admin day
- 1 Saturday rotation a month and very rare on-call responsibilities
