Up to $150k for experienced providers. Compensation negotiable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include:
Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered,  and the HIV population
- Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, including provision of medications & prescriptions
- Work-life balance focused:
Admin time can be conducted from home, seeing patients via telehealth

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Will accept new graduate candidates who are confident and strong in their field, requiring little training and supervision. 1-2 years of experience working as an NP preferred.
- Comfortable with the eCW EMR system
- Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
- NY state-licensed
- BE/BC
