We are proud to announce that we are seeking a full-time Director of Concierge Services professional at our beautiful Rehabilitation & Nursing Center!

We are seeking a bright, extroverted individuals with an interest in assisting patients as a customer service / amenities professional. The Concierge Services Department serves as the liaison between patients, families, and our team members, following patients throughout their healing journey ensuring patient satisfaction and customer service are provided at a level of excellence.

Director of Concierge Services Requirments:

Our mission is to foster and provide unprecedented levels of genuine care and customer service for our community’s Rehabilitation and Nursing needs, in a soothing, tranquil, and state-of-the-art environment. This individual will follow patients throughout their healing journey ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and patient service.
