• Location: Hawthorne, NY
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm
• Compensation: $21–$26 hourly
• Services: Provide IEP‑mandated services at our centers (not insurance based)
• Center‑Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

• Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors/BCBAs to implement ABA therapy principles and teaching procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Acquire and maintain RBT credential per the Behavior Analyst Certification Board within the first 90 days.
• Use the electronic platform for data collection and graphing.
• Implement behavior support and intervention plans as directed.
• Effectively manage learners, including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per state and federal regulations.

• Minimum of 6 months ABA experience with children or adolescents with autism in a supervised setting

• Undergraduate or graduate enrollment/completion in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field is a plus
• Critical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset (duplicate)
• Bilingual is a plus
