The Staffing Coordinator for the Emergency Department is responsible for managing the payroll. Support the nursing leadership team in effectively and efficiently managing the success of the department. Get inspired by our patient-focused team, and feel the pride of making a difference.

This is a full-time day shift position located at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, from Sundays to Thursdays.

Required Criteria:

  • High School Diploma with at least 1 year of college
  • One year of office work experience
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience processing payroll and Kronos

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
