21 Hours Per Week

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• One (1) year customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Typing: 35 wpm (tested). Must pass basic data entry, Customer Service and math skills test.
• Good oral, written, communication required. Speaks, reads and writes English required to the extent of the position.
• Bilingual required:
  English/Mandarin/Cantonese. English/Russian/Spanish.
