Assistant Vice President - Behavioral Health

Pay Range: $100,000-$115,000 Per Year
DescriptionJoin a well-established behavioral health organization in a leadership role to oversee clinical services and program operations. This full-time position is based in Staten Island, NY, focusing on residential and outpatient programs. The role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health settings
- Experience managing multiple programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation standards
- Proven track record in program operations and staff performance management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
- Advanced CASAC (CASAC-Advanced) preferred
- Direct experience overseeing multiple programs strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance
- Strong decision-making skills
