• Hospital seeks a Clinical Business Analyst to support clinical and operational performance through data analysis and workflow optimization.
• The role partners with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, gaps, and quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, regulatory compliance, and patient care outcomes.
• Support EHR enhancements, system testing, implementation, and end-user training.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accreditation standards.

• 3–5 years of healthcare analytics, clinical informatics, or business analysis experience required.
• Strong SQL, reporting tools, EHR knowledge, and communication skills are essential.
