Position Overview

TREAT is seeking a highly experiencedAesthetic Injector(NP or PA preferred) with at least2+ yearsof hands-on experience performing aesthetic treatments, includingBotox, dermal fillers, bio-stimulators (on- and off-label), and full-face balancing techniques. The ideal candidate is also confident working with non-surgical technologies such asSofwave, Microneedling, Laser Genesis, and IV wellness services like NAD+ drips.

This role is ideal for an advanced provider ready to work in a high-touch, luxury-forward clinical setting that values both artistry and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injections with confidence and precision (toxins, fillers, bio-stimulators)
• Assess, develop, and execute personalized treatment plans
• Perform non-invasive technologies and wellness-based services
• Ensure white-glove patient care before, during, and after treatment
• Conduct thorough consultations and provide clear education to patients
• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with all safety protocols
• Properly care for all equipment and maintain treatment room standards
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to patient questions or concerns
• Collaborate with the team to elevate the overall client experience
• Participate in ongoing education, team training, and meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of aesthetic injection experiencerequired
• Strong command of facial anatomy and facial balancing techniques
• Confident in administering all major neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Experience with non-surgical technology preferred (Sofwave, Microneedling, etc.)
• Excellent bedside manner with strong communication and listening skills
• Portfolio of past injectable work (preferred)
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and client-obsessed

Licensure & Education Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)in New York
• Graduate of an accredited RN, NP, or PA program
• Current certifications and malpractice coverage
• Commitment to continued education and staying ahead of aesthetic trends
• Base salary: $135,200 - $250,000+ per year
• Monthly performance commission
